GUARDIAN CENTER, Perry, Ga., March 30, 2017 – Battling a simulated chemical environment and hazardous terrain, a search and extraction team from the 145th Chemical Battalion located in Clayton, Alabama, maneuvers a simulated casualty to safety during Vigilant Guard 17. Vigilant Guard 17 is an exercise conducted by the region to promote preparedness and inter-agency operability in a state of emergency.
