A good deal of this material,which seemed to fill the interior of the bone, was gougedaway, and the symmetry of the face restored as far aspossible. The boy made a good recovery, and fig. 171, froma photograph, shows his condition three months after thesecond operation, and there appears to have been no ten-dency to recurrence.
