Thethird turbine will be 6,000 capacity and is already beingbuilt. The Wellman-Seaver-Morgan Company, of Cleveland,Ohio, have the order. The third generator will have a capacityof 4,000 , and will be installed by the Canadian Genera)Electric Company. The installation of this third unit is to becompleted early in the year. The mechanical parts of this locomotive were finishedand assembled at the Baldwin Locomotive WorUs, and themachine was then shipped to the Westinghouse Electric & Manu-facturing Company, by whom the electrical equipment was madeand applied. This locomotive is of double swivelling truck type,with rigid frame and centrally located cab. The trucks are ofthe equalized pedestal type, with square wrought iron framesand semi-ellipitic springs. Each axle carries a motor, -which iswound for 550 volts. The wheels have cast iron centres, withsteel tires bolted on. The flanges, journals, and boxes are The wheels
