Christ the Salvador at the romanesque "Portico de la Gloria" in Santiago de Compostela´s Cathedral. The portal is one of Galicia´s most important romanesque architecture example and was built by Mateo in the 12th century. It is the first ritual of all St. James pilgrims after their arrival to put the hand on the column under this Christ.
