Joseph Skeps with 1st Battalion, 4th Infantry Regiment, Joint Multinational Readiness Center, 7th Army Training Command (7ATC), conquers an obstacle as part of the 7ATC Best Warrior Competition June 19, 2018 at Grafenwoehr Training Area, Germany. Skeps, a Palmyra, VA native is competing in the three-day event ending June 21 with the announcement of the 7ATC Officer, Noncommissioned Officer and Soldier of the Year. The winners will move on to compete in the Army Europe Best Warrior Competition.
