Lines are used to position the guided missile frigate USS SAMUEL B. ROBERTS (FFG-58) in the flooded deck of the Dutch heavy-lift ship MIGHTY SERVANT 2. Once the frigate is positioned and secured, the MIGHTY SERVANT 2 will lift it out of the water for the trip home to Newport, The ROBERTS was damaged when it struck an Iranian mine on April 14, 1988.
