PORTLAND, Ore. (June 9, 2005)--The fireboat David Campbell blasts red, white and blue streams of water into the air to welcome the Coast Guard Cutter Henry Blake to PortlandÕs Rose Festival Fleet Week today. The Coast Guard Cutter Henry Blake is a 175-foot buoy tender homeported in Everett, Wash.
