Soldiers with the CENTCOM retrograde recovery element (CMRE) medical team consisting of biological medical equipment specialists and medical logistics specialist salvage medical materiel from the closure of the El Salem Egyptian Hospital at Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan Nov. 18.
