A pair of percussion pistols, Westley Richards, London, circa 1830. Octagonal smooth bore barrels with patent breechblocks in 17 mm calibre. Lower sides of the barrels with hinged ramrods. Each upper side of the barrels engraved "WESTLEY RICHARDS 170 NEW BOND ST. LONDON". Recurrently signed and finely engraved percussion locks with slide safeties (one hammer screw missing). Walnut stocks with chequered butts, engraved iron furnitures and belt hooks on the reverse sides. Vacant silver escutcheons, one barrel somewhat pitted. Length 32 cm each.
