Scott Jackson, 1st Security Force Assistance Brigade commander, advises a role player acting as a commander in the Afghan National Army during a key leader engagement held Jan. 15, 2018, during the first-ever, month-long 1st SFAB training rotation at the Joint Readiness Training Center in Fort Polk, La. The engagement was held to prepare the 1st SFAB leadership for roles they may encounter through their upcoming deployment to provide training and advising assistance to Afghan National Security Forces.
