In the last six hours however there is a distinct difference between the globuHn-free (or poor) solution and the globulin-containing one, the rate of diffusion being slower in the latter than in the former. If one compares the velocity coefficients of the first four hours and the last eight hours in each of the three solutions, this becomes evident.
