Twin Seventeens. Seventeen years old, the Driscoll twins of West Newton, Mass., serve aboard a Coast Guard-manned tanker delivering vital fuel to advance bases in the Pacific. Each standing six feet one inch, Coast Guardsmen John Joseph Driscoll (left) and Nicholas are sons of Mrs. Dalia Kinnealy Forster, of 62 Webster Street, West Newton. They worked side by side in a war plant before enlisting in the U. S. Coast Guard in the summer of 1944. Nicholas, weighing 146, shades John by one pound.
