Delmy Robinson, Navy Recruiting District (NRD) Miami commanding officer during his visit to the command April 9. During his visit, Adm. Garvin discussed the success of NRD Miami Sailors, updates to various recruiting practices, and floored questions from Sailors in the audience. Admiral Garvin wrapped up his visit to NRD Miami in Puerto Rico April 12.
