SHANGHAI (May 6, 2016) Commander, 7th Fleet, Vice Adm. Joseph Aucoin, receives a warm welcome from Rear Adm. Wang Hai, deputy commander of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army Navy (PLA(N)), at an office call hosted by military personnel from the PLA(N) at Shanghai Naval Garrison Headquarters. The 7th Fleet flagship, USS Blue Ridge, is currently on patrol in the Indo-Asia Pacific to build partnerships for the security and stability of the region.
