(li to 2 in.) above the line of the Joint, and is carried downwards practically jmrallel to theaxis of the humerus, vertically doAvnwards to the head of the radius, and fromthence along the outer border of the anconeus to the posterior border of the ulna, 3 inches below the tip of the olecranon; finally, the incision terminates by curvinginwards over the inner surface of the ulna.
