I m fhort, this noble fcheme, if theres any in it, is, that in all matters of Religion, wherepeople are capable of judging, they mult not, if theMag-irrare thinks net fit, openly prorefs their Reiigicn;and in ail other things , which depend on Book-learning , they are to be governd by their refpecttreParilh-Popcs.
