MAYPORT, Fla. (June 1, 2018) - Scott Kerns, a contractor assigned to Naval Forces Southern 4th Fleet gives a history brief during a tour for guests who attended the 4th Fleet 10th Anniversary Symposium. The symposium opened discussion for pertinent questions related to the interoperability between navies and to inform all guests about the mission, history, and intent of the 4th Fleet.
