This opinion, however, has beenrapidly changing, until now it is universally acknowledged thatthe principles and methods employed in the manufacture of W HITINGS ATENT B RUSHES are great improvements over all other methods heretofore devised,and, taken together, mark the greatest step ever taken in the artof brush-making.
