Fatal accident at Waterloo near Liverpool, on the Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway 15th July 1903
From the supplement to the Daily Graphic review of 1903, published in 1904. On 15 July 1903, a Lancashire and Yorkshire Railway passenger train entered the station at excessive speed and was derailed. Seven people were killed and 116 were injured.
