Crimmins and Gore - Vaudeville Act - 1908


Character actor Dan Crimmins was born as Alexander M. Lyons, on May 18, 1863 in Liverpool, England. He was known for "The Midnight Express" (1924), "The Valley of the Giants" (1927), "White Zombie" (1932) and "Vagabond Lady" (1935). He was married to actress Rosa Gore and started in Vaudeville with her as "Crimmins and Gore," a variety act. They came to Hollywood in 1917 and built a house at 351 Laveta Terrace in Echo Park, along with a guest house around the corner on Cortez Street. Find a Grave
