As the ground-floor plan is here given, we leave itspeak lor itself, and perhaps also to confirm one of our previous generalmarks, there were two competitions for this club-house, in 1847, to theat ot which sixty-eight architects sent in designs, and on that occasion thest premium was adjudged to Mr. Tattersall. After that the site was en-ged, a greater frontage being obtained towards Pall Mall by the purchasean adjoining house, and a second competition took place; but, instead of 302 ARMY AND NAVY CLUB-HOUfc>K.
