There is great abundanceof every kind of food supply ; and the scenes on the streets of Lan-caster during the market-hours of Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursdayand Saturday are suggestive of the fatness of the land and the fresh-ness of the supplies at market-stall and green-grocery. MUSIC AND OTHER ARTS. As in every community in which there is a strong infusion ofGerman life and spirit, a decided musical taste and talent have al-ways asserted themselves in Lancaster.
