SASEBO, Japan (May 2, 2017) Intelligence Specialist 2nd Class Brianna Date, from Tucson, Ariz., an assistant command fitness leader for the amphibious assault ship USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD 6), announces lap times to passing runners during a physical readiness test (PRT) in Nimitz Park. The PRT is a standard Navy fitness test and is conducted twice a year. Bonhomme Richard, forward-deployed to Sasebo, Japan, is serving forward to provide a rapid-response capability in the event of a regional contingency or natural disaster.
