Butler. Cassidy, a native of Philadelphia, and Territo, a native of East Hartford, Connecticut, are course instructors with Marine Corps Detachment, Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. The new defensive tactics program provides an array of ground fighting techniques and standardizes defensive tactics programs across the Marine Corps.
