After management refused to enter into discussions with a small group of delegates the couriers decided to wait outside until more workers arrived to take part and then go and picket some of the restuarants to stop food deliveries from them, They demand a guarantee they will be paid at least the London Living Wage, together with costs, as well as other changes in conditions.
