There are drainage canals and channels leadingto them. No criticism can be justly offered as toan unhealthful condition. Even in the drainage chan-nels water was not stagnant. It was authoritativelystated that this is due to the fact that evaporationtakes place night and day, and there are constantfresh rain falls. It may have been a mistake to use.
