From the cen-ter of the basin rises an ornamented pillar,that is surmounted by a small figure of Rol-and, clad in armor with a spear and Butchers Guild Hall, built before 1529,which faces on this square, is said to be themost beautiful frame house of doorway, window frames, brackets, andtransverse beams are covered with carvings i.
