The Channel 4 headquarters building occupies a prominent corner plot near Victoria Station, and comprises ,000 square metres of headquarters, broadcasting suites and a studio, an underground car park and a landscaped garden square. The building, clad in pewter-coated powder-grey aluminium and glass, occupies the northern and western sides of the site. Sheppard Robson’s multi-phased refurbishment of Channel 4’s iconic headquarters (Building by Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners LLP) has succeeded in creating a socially vibrant, collaborative workplace for Channel 4 employees, in keeping with the culture of an organisation that resists the constraints of corporate culture.
