PORT HUENEME, Calif. (Jan. 24,2018) Builder Constructionman Timothy Fernstrom and Builder Constructionman David Hamlin, both assigned to Naval Mobile Construction Battalion Five (NMCB5), use Dewalt circular saws to cut pieces of wood to create gusset plates for the truss assembly. NMCB5 is conducting training to help ensure safety, proper technique usage, and help familiarize new Seabees with the equipment in preparation for an upcoming deployment.
