Polk's Early Maturing Long Staple Cotton—The earliest sta- ple cotton on the market, also the most productive. Plant- ers who bought this seed last spring at fancy prices declare it has paid them handsomely. Polk Cotton was started from one plant by the originator some years ago and by careful work he has developed a cotton that is earlier and superior to most of the others. Bolls medium to large, five locked, easily picked, staple 1 4/16 to 1 5/16, and fibre of excellent quality. On good land it will average a bale to the acre if season is any way favorable. At the gin it turns out 31 to 32 per cent. We feel sure that any one will be highly pleased with this variety. 1 lb. 30c, parcel post paid. For price on larger quantity, see Yellow List enclosed. Express—This variety is now well established. Express Cot- ton is early, productive and makes staple 1 1/8 to 1 3/16, depending on the land. Many large farmers use Express Cotto
