A Bohemian glass beaker in "Zwischengold"-technique, circa 1720/30 Faceted, slightly conical drinking beaker. Within the double-walled glass a finely etched gold foil. On one side shows a cartouche with a saint's scene (St. Francis?), the opposite side a coat of arms cartouche. Lavish framing of decorative scrolls and tendrils. The base, flashed with red glass bears another depiction of a saint. Very beautiful, unblemished condition.
