Callers are eligible toreceive cash rewards of up to $1,000 if their informationleads to the arrest and indictment of a suspect via fundingfrom the Boston Police Foundation. Cases solved this yearby Crime Stoppers detectives included two homicides andthree attempted murders, and have resulted in eightseparate rewards paid to Robert J. GuttmlagChairman, Crimestoppers Unit Aiding these efforts by raising funds, providing materials, equipment, training and othervaluable assistance are some of the primary goals of the Boston Police from a diverse cross-section of the Boston community donate their valuable time,effort, and funds to expand and improve the Departments successes.
