The Westminster Cathedral, c1925. By Horace Mann Livens (1862-1936). Westminster Cathedral is the mother church of the Catholic Church in England and Wales. Construction was completed in 1903. It is the largest Catholic church in England and Wales and the seat of the Archbishop of Westminster.
