At the termination of the Premiers speech, the Hon. ]. F. Burns, the doyenof the Library Trustees, moved a vote of thanks to the Premier. The Hon. J. Hayes,, seconded the motion, which was carried by acclamation. On the motionof ]\Ir. Carruthers a vote of thanks was accorded to Mr. Kethel.
