OAK HARBOR, Wash, (January 18, 2018) Naval Aircrewman (Non Acoustic Operator) 3rd Class Isaac Martinez assigned to the "Skinny Dragons" of Patrol Squadron (VP) 4 fires an M11 pistol during an annual small arms qualification course at Naval Air Station Whidbey Island's Small Arms Range. VP-4 is currently conducting its Fleet Readiness Training Plan in preparation for their upcoming deployment.
