Communal grave of unclaimed ashes number one, where people executed by the NKVD were secretly buried from 1930 to 1942, at the Donskoye Cemetery in Moscow, Russia. It is believed the mass grave contains the remains of 4259 victims of Stalin's regime. The plaques with the names were installed by the relatives since the 1980s. The plaques devoted to Red Army commander Iona Yakir and to the Chairman of the Government of the Far Eastern Republic Alexander Krasnoschekov executed in 1937 are seen in the picture among others.
