PHILIPPINE SEA (Aug. 4, 2022) Logistics Specialist 3rd Class Rhey Joshua Tabangcura, from Richland, Washington, participates in a ship preservation evolution aboard Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Higgins (DDG 76) while conducting operations in the Philippine Sea, Aug. 4, 2022. Higgins is assigned to Task Force 71/Destroyer Squadron (DESRON) 15, the Navy’s largest forward-deployed DESRON and the 7th fleet’s principal surface force.
