BOBBY CHARLTON MANCHESTER UNITED AND ENGLAND FOOTBALL LEGEND. 1st October 2016 (10 days before his 80th Birthday), Bobby came in the pouring rain to unveil the Duncan Edwards plaque in Priory Park Dudley. He was very gracious coming out a second time to meet fans and sign autographs.
