Tomich (Scottish Gaelic: Tomaich) is a Victorian model conservation village situated in the Scottish Highlands at the western end of Strathglass, approximately 30 miles from Inverness. The Village of Tomich is part of the Guisachan Estate and was created along with Guisachan farm to serve Guisachan House, which is now derelict and lies a further miles to the west of the village and was the home of Lord and Lady Tweedmouth. The golden retriever was first bred in Tomich by Dudley Marjoribanks, 1st Baron Tweedmouth
