Chester, UK. 14th Jun, 2018. 14 June 2018 - HM The Queen and HRH the Duchess of Sussex, Meghan Markle, stand on a platform outside Chester Town Hall after unveiling a plaque in front of thousands of members of public. This is the first joint engagement between The Queen and Meghan alone, and falls on the one year anniversary of the Grenfell fire tragedy.
