The readings are taken every fifteen minutesby the station operator and plotted on the log sheet, which is suitablyruled for the purpose. The sheet is arranged to show the total loadreadings a. c. voltmeter, and d. c. voltmeter readings at the station, and is divided into rectangles representing one hour each on thehorizontal scale and 250 amperes and 50 volts respectively on thevertical scale. These rectangles are subdivided horizontally intofour fifteen-minute squares and vertically into five squares rep-.
