Michael Fields, 120th Fighter Squadron lead weapons load team crew members, secure an AIM-120 advanced medium range air-to-air missile to an MJ-1C lift truck during a quarterly weapons load competition at Kadena Air Base, Japan. The 120th Fighter Squadron is currently deployed to Kadena to enhance security in the Indo-Asia-Pacific region and demonstrate the commitment to stability in the region.
