Fals castle and church. XI century.


Fals Towers is constituted by the monumental ruins of the old castle Fals. It comprises two cylindrical watchtowers, the ancient church of Sant. Vincens and the rectory. The whole town is separated by a ravine on the hillside right Fonollosa stream. Castle Fals was the key that opened and closed the passage of the road from Barcelona to Cardona, which is why the lords of the castle of Cardona had always the domain must have been in freehold therefore does not appear allegiance made to counts of Barcelona.
