CRANE, Ind. (Aug. 10, 2017) Sailors assigned to USS Constitution visit USS Constitution Grove at Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NWSC Crane) during 2017 Navy Week Indianapolis. Crane's forest, contains white oak trees that are spread over the 64,000-acre base that are designated for Old Ironsides. Navy Weeks focus a variety of assets, equipment and personnel on a single city for a week-long series of engagements designed to bring America's Navy closer to the people it protects, in cities that don't have a large naval presence.
