Berlin Hobbles. 88 EESTEAINT OP DOMESTIC A-NIMALS. Berlin Hobbles. The Berlin hobbles, Figure 96, consist of four leather hob-ble straps 2 inches wide, doubled and stitched. Each of thesestraps (b) carry a buckle and a metal D, through which themain hobble rope (g) (h) passes. The hobble straps are linedwith felt or soft leather and are attached around pasterns bybuckling. To the master hobble is attached a strong chain (e).
