McCourt, Ambassador to the French Republic and Principality of Monaco, joined more than 150 French leaders during a reception aboard the Nimitz-class aircraft carrier USS Harry S. Truman (CVN 75). Harry S. Truman is deployed as part of an ongoing rotation of forces supporting maritime security operations in international waters around the globe.
