NORFOLK (May 16, 2018) Capt. Joseph Staud, director of Fleet Forces (USFF) Command Fleet Safety and Occupational Health, speaks during a safety stand down presentation at the Joint Forces Staff College on board Naval Support Activity Hampton Roads. The safety stand down was designed to promote off duty safety and recreational awareness during the summer months. USFF conducts two safety stand downs per year, one in the spring and one in the fall.
