Gulf of Mexico oil spill clean-up. Workers positioning absorbent pads across the entrance to Villa Sabine inlet near Pensacola Beach, Florida, USA. These pads will soak up oil from the explosion of the offshore drilling unit Deepwater Horizon. The unit exploded on the 20th April 2010, spilling over five thousand barrels of oil a day into the Gulf of Mexico. Photographed on 14 June 2010.
