Year 5 are taking part in a ‘Chef on the Farm’ day organised by Countryside Classroom. The organisation helps children to connect with where their food comes from. The children work with the gardener to source fresh produce, meet the farmers who rear the sheep, and cook with an expert chef before sitting down together to share the meal they have produced.
