Wheat harvesters generally harvest from Sun to Sun, plus some. While moisture content is higher in the mornings, the cutting sycle has a more difficult time of cutting. The mornings are use to service the harvesters. The harvester is called a "combine because reaping, binding and thrashing are all "combined " into one machine.
